Recipe: Gatorade Endurance Jello (electrolyte replacement!)

Recipe: Gatorade Endurance Jello (electrolyte replacement!)

If you’re in Vegas, or somewhere HOT, and you just finished a hard long workout in the heat you need to replace sugar, and electrolytes.

Here’s a way to make your favorite childhood treat come to good use! Super easy.

Ingredients:
Unflavored Gelatin packets.
Gatorade Endurance - Prepared

To start, bring 3 cups prepared Gatorade Endurance to a boil. In another bowl, I measure out 1 cup of Gatorade Endurance, and mix it with 4 packages (one for each cup) of unflavored gelatin.

Once boiling, remove from the heat and add it directly to the cold Gatorade/gelatin mixture and stir. While it will foam up, I whisk it to make sure that the unflavored gelatin does not clump up.

Once completely dissolved and mixed together, put into the silicone mold of choice, and refrigerate for 3+ hours until its like Jello.
