TREADMILL: 35 minute speed workout (intervals of 5) Super simple - Coach Paul

Some of you are like me and love the treadmill to the point where you can spend endless minutes running and staring at a wall. Most of you though need a distraction on the treadmill. Try this 35:00 interval workout. This will pass the time quick!



5:00 EASY Pace (w/u)
5:00 @HALF MARATHON Pace
5:00 EASY
5:00 @ 10K pace
5:00 EASY
5:00 @ 5k pace or FASTER
5:00 EASY


Do it again the next week and make the paces slightly faster!
