When Paul started his endurance sports journey, he was working full time with the Army and living a very unhealthy lifestyle of daily parties, junk food and sitting behind a desk. He did his first marathon in 2010 and his first 70.3 triathlon in 2011. His first marathon took nearly 6 hours to complete, and his first 70.3 was nearly 7 hours.

Paul is proof that with the proper dedication and lifestyle changes, you can become healthy, fit, and constantly get faster and faster. He now races for the top performing amateur triathlon team in the nation, Team Every Man Jack.
