Simple IRONMAN packing checklist - what should you bring to your next triathlon?

Simple IRONMAN packing checklist - what should you bring to your next triathlon?

There are a lot of packing lists available out there for an IRONMAN. However, most the things on those lists just add weight to your suitcase and are unnecessary. Here are the bare essentials!

Pre Race suitcase:
Spare Workout clothes for pre race workouts
Casual Clothes/Shoes for pre and post race
Garmin Watch
Heart Rate Strap
iPhone Charger

Swim Bag:
Warm Clothes (race morning)
Race Suit
Wetsuit
Goggles
Body Glide

Bike:
Helmet
Cycling Shoes
Bottles
Nutrtion/Bento Box
Flat Kit

Run:
Running Shoes
Hat/Visor
Race Number Belt

I am pretty sure anything beyond this is unnecessary. If I missed something, let me know!
