Which bicycle Trainer should I buy? by coach Paul Duncan

One of the top questions I have been getting lately is “which smart trainer should I get for indoor training?”.

While I haven’t ridden every smart trainer or every turbo trainer, I have done some research for your convenience. I have polled some people in which I deem “experts” in this field, and compiled a quick list for you to look at based on those opinions, and determine your own answer based on these recommendations. The top 3 responses were the following…

1) Tacx Flow Smart Trainer -

Other notable mentions were:
- Wahoo Kickr Core
- Kickr Climb

Check those all out, and let me know what you come up with! Which trainer do you have?
