1 minute - High protein, Low Carb brownie.

This is my slightly modified version of Travis S's version of the poverty brownie. Let me know how yours turns out. 

130 calories
23+ grams protein


Ingredients: 
1 scoop of PES Select Protein (I use snickerdoodle) 
5g of unsweetened cocoa 
5g baking powder
75g water

Super Easy Instructions: 
1) Mix ingredients into bowl
2) Microwave about 1 minute
3) Crush it


* Note, the type of protein powder you use will make a big difference. The protein powder I use with this is a Whey+Casein blend. If you use 100% whey, it will likely be dry.
