High Protein French Toast - 54g protein!
Here is super easy way to add some protein to your French toast in the morning. This is a very simple recipe that should only take about 10 minutes. I recommend adding this to your meal plan every once in a while when you are feeling a sweet tooth come on, but you still want to reach your protein needs for the day. This recipe has 54 grams of protein.

Dave's Killer Bread, 3 slices
Eggs, whole (1)
Egg White (1)
PES Science Protein (1 scoop) (I recommend snickerdoodle)
*Note pay close attention to the type of protein powder you use. Very few taste as good as PES, if you use a chalky protein powder, this french toast will suck.
1) Mix eggs and protein powder until smooth
2) Soak bread in egg/protein until fully soaked
3) Cook in a sprayed pan until golden brown
