EZ Recipe: Fried Broccoli

Ingredients: 
Broccoli (chopped) 16oz
Olive Oil (1/4 tbsp) 
Cayenne Pepper - (1/8 tsp) 
Sea Salt - (dash) 
Veggie Magic Seasoning - (1/8 tsp) 

Makes 1 serving:

Directions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the cayenne pepper & seasoning and heat 1 minute. Cook and stir the broccoli in the skillet until it begins to get crispy, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt to serve.
